Dysplasia and Fraud. Had my dog x-rayed and first ************ said it was the worst case of Dysplasia she had ever seen in a dog. Had a second Vet review the x-rays and he said it was not the worst case he had seen but the dog definitely had Dysplasia. *****, typically, refuted both Vets but refused to show the x-rays to her own Vet or any Vet of her choice. I will pay to have the dog x-rayed again under anesthesia as ***** is demanding. The Vet said, in this case, it will not change the outcome only the severity of the Dysplasia will be established. Also, she fraudulently kept $2500.00 I paid for Service Dog Training entered on the contract she drew up. I contacted her 3 times to get the dog to her for training. First time, her mother was sick and she was in *******. I waited two months and contacted her again. Her mother had passed and she could not take the dog. I had to start her with another trainer and paid for that training. The third time I contacted her to do the Service Dog Training she stated she was "slammed" and could not take the dog for training. Once the training was completed by the world renowned trainer I engaged, I asked for my money back. She refused. Said she does not separate the dog from the training. That is not in the contract. Read all the "One" reviews and you will see a trend of her keeping money paid to her she would not return after not providing the service paid for. She claims that the dog was now "mentally Ill" because I started her training too early. Really? Mentally, the dog is fine and very well trained.VETERANS AND VETERANS ORGANIZATIONS, I am a Veteran who needed this Service dog as a Brace Dog. She has provided a dog with Dysplasia who, most likely cannot be a Brace Dog. And she kept money she did not earn as per the contract for training. But, I hope any Veteran or ******************** considering her line of dogs as Service Dogs, beware and consider going elsewhere. You will be well served elsewhere.***** Retired

I have owned 3 different dogs from Regis Regal. The last puppy I bought was purchased as a Service dog for my 5 year old granddaughter with Autism. ***** told me from the beginning that she would be a part of our journey from beginning to end. From the very first female puppy we bought to the 2 nd( male) to the Service dog for my granddaughter, they have provided every single thing they promised and more. I have no idea what the peoples problem who have written negative reviews are but I personally know 15 customers that have purchased puppies from Regis Regal and each one has experienced the same professionalism, integrity, passion and success with their pups as I have. Regis Regal continue the outstanding puppies, and knowledge you provide all over the country. Nobody does it better. ****

We have purchased a few dogs from Regis Regal and have been thrilled. ***** and ***** are amazing with their dogs. The lineage of their dogs is impeccable. The training we received on Saturday mornings could not have been better. We learned so much about working with our puppies and I cant thank them enough.

She indicates on her website she is BBB A+ rating, which BBB indicates she is Not Accredited. I wish I would of checked this before I bought my pup. I don't know how she can indicate she is BBB A+ rating. She lies and does not respond to text messages until you send them 3-4 times. When I call her voicemail says it's full. I requested a male dog and she gave me a female indicating I said male or female even though I have all the texts messages where I was asking how my "boy" is since she let me know he was born. I never received a contract, once I found out there was a contract if I fed my dog anything other there than what she tells me. I asked many times for the contact and still have not received it. I have tried to get my dog into her comprehensive training she brags about for 6 months. She told me the beginning of June she would be able to get her in for training in 8 weeks. I had to send her an email beginning of Aug and she told me she just had to get rid of the crew she had then. I contacted her on Aug 29 to see if she got rid of the crew yet and she said she was working on it. I sent her 3 texts to see how long they stay and she said 2-3 weeks which mean the crew she had was gone and she took on another one. I asked her Sept. 7th and 9th if it was my pups turn before she responded yes. I asked when I should bring her in and she told me she would give me an exact day for drop off, she had 2 dogs leaving on Monday. I hadn't heard back so on 9/7, 9/8, 9/9 and 9/10 I asked if I could drop her off for training for the week of 9/24-10/2. She finally answered Yes. I asked her twice when I could drop her off and she indicated the 9/23 before noon. I work until 4 and she knew this. So she said it would have to be a Saturday. She knows I will be gone the next 2 Saturdays. I finally told her forget it. I have had nothing but lies from her since I bought my pup.

After purchasing a dog from ***** in 2021, only to promptly return it due to an attack within less than a month, she remains steadfast in her efforts of repayment contrary to her original agreement. My next stop is the IL State Attorney General asking with ****** ratings, with a little luck, no one else will find their way to get business.
