"Very long hiring process that's a job in and of itself they make you wait 30 days before your benefits kick in you are are on a probationary period for the first 120 days where they can and will fire you for any reason "provide" you with mandatory PPE that you have to pay for if they let you go the uniforms provided are cleaned buy a contractor that you have to pay for Low wages don't you get a shift premium of 10% which still wont put you over 20/hr profit sharing takes 2 years to get anything out of it zero diversity almost exclusively white males with the exception of a few Latinos 10 to 12 hour shifts 5 to 6 days a week because they cant keep anyone their training consists of leaving you in the hands of someone who started two months ago and still doesn't know half the job showing up and simply doing your job doesn't cut it they need you to be extra outgoing or you'll get canned for not vibing with the culture there because they only want long term employees"
