    In February 2024, signed a contract with **** for wood deck replacement to Trex composite. This would include stair replacement but it was not a complete tear down Kody was just replacing deck boards and railings. **** planned to come out on 2/27 to start project texted the day of and said another issue came up with a prior job site and they wouldn't be out. Showed up on 2/29 at about 10 AM worked about four hours and left. Showed up on 3/1 at about noon worked about five hours. On 3/5 was finishing the deck and **** wanted me to do a walk-through as he thought he would be done that day. I hesitated, but agreed as I needed to go to work. The following day I noticed multiple things that needed to be corrected , the stair railing was not screwed together in places, missing screws on boards, s**** plugs missing , post rail missing, bad seam on the fascia board looked bad. I texted **** who was having surgery the following day and would be unavailable for a week or so but would come fix issues when recovered. 3/15 was supposed to come fix issues didnt come out. 3/23 had to text for a follow up. 4/5 again had to text for a follow up. 4/8 showed up to fix railing in the process of taking the railing off slightly bent one of the spindles on the railing. Didnt fix other issues as he needed to order item's to finish fixing or replace. 5/1 supposed to come out sometime during the week did not show again. Had to text to see when he was coming back. 5/23 had to text again on when he was coming to fix the issues said he could come out the following week. I was going to be gone so I had to make it two weeks later. 6/6 showed up to fix issues. Had to leave within an hour to get a new drill bit. Pointed out the bent stair railing spindle. He didn't think he had done it when he took down the railing but agreed to replace the railing. Its been almost 5 months still haven't heard from him about fixing this. the deck work that was done was very poor for being a professional company.
