"I brought a transmission for 1800 with a 5yr warranty the transmission didn't run 2weeks I have called txt emailed begged and pleaded with **** ****** to help me get the issue resolved all I have gotten is the run around he answers and send you to his voice mail never returns any of my communications recognize my number and sends me straight to voice mail this has been ongoing for months I lost my job for lack of transportation to work I once got an answer and was told you have to call back it's Halloween I s*** you not I've cried I've lost sleep worrying about how can I take care of my family without transportation what will we do for the holidays and this man had the nerve to tell me ma'am you want lose your job like he was HR for the company my only other optio is to try and get a lawyer to help me get my money back not only did I lose on the transmission but the labor cost please don't trust them with your money and end up like me ********* *******"
