Recently bought by another company. Policies changed not in favor of the consumer. No longer allows an “always full” program. Increased emergency service fee from $150 to $350. Charging $200 fee for same day delivery, which was never charged before. If your residential propane tank is empty, they charge an additional $75 for a “leak test” regardless of the reasoning of it being empty. In my scenario, I made a mistake not checking my gas level, in return we are punished by having to wait up to 5 days for heat in our house with a 5 year old child and an additional $75 charge for a “leak test” when the reasoning for the tank being empty was that we ran it out accidentally. Temperature of today’s review will be 1 degree outside, and having to run space heaters in my house (fire hazard) just to keep my son warm and my pipes from freezing. Will likely be switching to another company for service.
