    Bad ATTITUDE and POOR Customer service! We had utilized Rich for several years to maintain our old furnace and central air conditioning unit when something would go wrong with good results. We even had him install an up graded system (both furnace and central air) 2 years ago to the tune of over $5000.00, also with satisfactory results. But a few weeks ago we noticed a gas smell in the room where our furnace and water heater are located. So we called Rich to help us locate the source of a possible gas leak. He came over within a day or so and immediately had a bad attitude. He acted defencive as if expecting us to accuse him of doing something wrong! He used his gas detector and found the source of the gas leak with in a minute. It was along the gas line that went to our water heater. It was copper and he told me that copper deteriorates over time when used for gas lines and that it needed replaced. I told him we were thinking about replacing the water heater anyway and asked if he did that. He said,"Yes but I can't do today." with an attitude! When I asked him he if installed tankless water heaters he said," You'll have to get someone else." and then said "I'll have to charge you $75.00 for a service call." That was it. He didn't try help us with our decision of which type of water hear to install just acted like we were wasting his time! I wrote him the check for $75.00 and he left. I'm glad he has enough business that he can treat us this way because he has lost our business from now on!
