Do not hire this concrete contractor. The owner will talk your head off, all the while destroying your yard, breaking your sump pump discharge pipe and ripping through any electrical lines. His workers will treat your yard like a garbage can, and he will throw his candy sucker stems everywhere he goes. You will need a sledgehammer to break up all the excess concrete and a rake to clean up all the rock scattered everywhere. Don't worry, after the owner overcharges you and you see the terrible finish on the concrete in a couple days when it dries, it's too late to cancel the check. By the third day, you will be asking yourself, ''What did I just pay for?''. Good luck trying to get a hold of him now. Don't make the same mistake that I did. If you hire a concrete contractor, get everything that you expect in writing and don't pay until you are completely satisfied with the results.
