    A big thank you to ******* and ****, and your compassionate and caring team (*************, ******, ****, and ****) who assisted with all of the paperwork and numerous details in making my brother-in-law's cremation and his Celebration of Life visitation happen. Much gratitude to everyone. From providing service estimates; the proofs for the urn engraving and the prayer card image/text; to the drafts of the death certificate, cremation certificate, and obituary content for review; there was a lot of heavy lifting that made this process seamless. There were many extras such as locating a Spanish-speaking priest who blessed my brother-in-law's urn and gave a prayer service that truly comforted the family at the visitation. There were many options available that allowed us to have a personal and unique Celebration of Life that was still within our budget, but your priceless customer service was what made this difficult experience as positive as it could be. Equally outstanding were *** and ********, who were there, in person, as the funeral director and assistant for our visitation, which was held at one of your affiliate funeral homes (the ********* Family Funeral Home in ***********, **, which was lovely and beautifully appointed). Their sympathy and warmth were especially essential in navigating this final farewell. Thank you for providing this closure.

    This business is a huge SCAM!!! Be weary of a company that is wordy in their what services they provide. If you call they cant really explain the difference in the services. They get you by giving you prices but they dont tell you about all the additional fees which are much higher than what they advertise. **** and his employees are extremely rude, ignorant, and unprofessional as he hung up on me twice because I was asking questions. He then said to find another company because they werent the company for my family. I can only assume he thought I was desperate and broke because thats the way he talked to me when all I was doing was doing my homework as I do with any company or persons Im thinking of doing business with. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYthey are a warehouse that performs cremations in bulk. You may not even receive your love ones ashes. STAY AWAY FROM CHICAGOLAND CREMATION!!
