  Horrible customer service. We were involved in an auto accident (other party at fault) and when the tow truck arrived the driver said it would cost $220 to bring our vehicle to our preferred shop. He said there would be no cost if they brought it to their yard and we had AAA pick it up so we agreed to that. When AAA arrived to get the car they were told they couldn't take it because we owed them $225 for the tow - more than if they took it where we wanted in the first place! They then charged us $40 to keep the vehicle overnight because we hadn't paid yet even though they never told us about the charges. The worst part of the experience by far however was the attitude of the woman we spoke to on the phone. My wife and I each called her and she has to have been by far the rudest person I have ever spoken with. She swore at us, told us we were lairs, and hung up on us. Please heed my warnings and NEVER use this company.

  Worst experience ever. Never had my vehicle towed until yesterday which I find illegal because they claim my car registration is expired even though LEGALLY ITS REGISTERED and I have proof and receipt that has a date and time stamp on it. But they still took my car. The lady in the office was so rude and unprofessional even before I physically came into the office she just seemed annoyed having to deal with anyone. Then smirks in my face when I showed her my proof from dmv that my vehicle was not unregistered at the time of towing and she just smiled and said its $200. Worst business ever clearly money hungry but I will be filing complaints and small claims. All the reviews on ****** clearly show what a horrible company this is. Stealing things out of peoples car and damaging their car during the towing process.

  My car was towed because my plate sticker fell off the same day. I left the sticker in the window to glue it back on in the morning. When I left for work the following day, my car was towed by Redmons Towing. Upon calling the police, I was advised to contact Redmons Towing, as they were known for towing vehicles in my complex. The lady I spoke with at Redmons Towing informed me that the sticker must be on my plate, and they tow unregistered cars. I questioned how they would know if my car wasnt registered. This situation should result in a ticket from the police department rather than a tow company surveilling the parking lot.I intend to act by contacting my complex company, initiating a small claims process, and contacting the police department to ensure that this towing company is removed from my complex. This situation warrants addressing through proper channels, and I am committed to seeking a resolution.

  Disgusting fees. When asked to give a breakdown of their 200$ fee, we were told $197.50 for the towingand **** for document processing. Constantly towing people in my apartment building over bogus reasons, its such a huge issue people have Moved Out simply due to this towing company. Terrible people have to move to avoid being taken advantage of by this company. Rates are insane and they cant even do a proper fee breakdown. Training needs to happen and fees need to be looked into.
