      Anything I can write in this review pales in comparison to the nightmare it was to open the door to Global adjusting Co. The ***resentative came to my house to assess the damage caused by the hail storms during the spring. We signed a contract in which Global Adjusting agreed to file a claim with my homeowners insurance. The ***resentative (*******?) was conspicuous by his absence for two months. I received a mini check from my insurance company and contacted Global Adjusting to notify them. The *** said he would review the details and get back to me...he disappeared again. I wrote a ****** review complaining. The next day the *** came to my house with a $20 gift card asking me to delete my review and that he was going to start the project ASAP. He never came back. Now here I am, with a check made out to me and Global Adjusting, shingles lying in my backyard, broken gutters, etc. NEVER, for any reason let these irresponsible people into your home!

      I got a new roof after the hailstorm. Global was great. **** kept on top of the job. He always took my call or called back same day. He were quick on the job and cleaned everything up, would recommend them highly.

      Global Adjusting Co. took care of everything needed to help us get a new roof. **** was especially kind and helpful, especially when it came to our insurance and pricing. It was a relief to get the new roof, that only took half a day to be completed. The roofers themselves worked hard, were professional, and we cleaned thoroughly before they left. No mess or nails left behind. Roof looks great, and price was fantastic. Thank you Global!

      I received a free estimate from Global Adjusting after receiving some hail damage on my siding. ******* was my rep and did a great job of answering all my questions and being very responsive throughout the process. They were able to work with my insurance to get brand new siding on the entire house. It did take about 6 months from estimate to the finished project but most of it was due to waiting on the insurance company to approve everything. In terms of the actual work, we are very happy. The team was friendly and polite and had the project completed within a few days. The house looks great. I would recommend their service to any of my neighbors or anyone else in the surrounding area. ******* is a great asset to the Global Adjusting team.

      I would like to share my experience with Global Adjusting *** particularly, *******, who went above to ensure that all aspects were handled smoothly and efficiently.One quality of ******* was his patience and willingness to work with me on all levels. He took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. His experience is invaluable in helping me understand what was needed to initiate and close-out the project.He also is dedicated to customer service with keeping me informed of dates, progress and the final completion.I have been impressed and have already recommended him to several friends and family members in need of roofing services.

      We had a very good experience using Global Adjusting for our roof replacement. They were very thorough and diligent in pursuing our insurance claim, although it's a lengthy process with the insurance company. The removal of the old roof and installing the new roof, including 6 new skylights, went smoothly without issues.
