"Car-X at ************************************************************ stole my car had my car took without my knowledge to a location I have any knowledge of I never once was told to pick it up are it will be towed and I will have to pay $500 to get my own vehicle they had my car for 2 months every time I called and went into the location I was told there still trying to figure out the problem they had my car towed to Page location on there say so and from there told me my motor locked wanted me to pay more money for a tow to pick it up from across town when I didn't drop it off at that location they had my car back towed to ********* location were I drop it off at Monday 12/2/24 **** called me to say your car is back here and you can get it its parked in the back of the store never once said it needs to be picked up now are it will be towed away for abandoned I told him I'm working on using a friend AAA towing I will call you back he had my car towed away that same day never called me to tell me never called me to say were my car is located at now I get up there with AAA first thing this morning 12/4/2024 and **** says they picked your car up (WHO) so now to get my car back Car-X tow lot want $500 I definitely was taking avenge of because I'm a women they never was worried about my car the reason it sit for 2 months on their lot."
