      This dealership is very frustrating to deal with whether it is to purchase or for service. We bought our truck and right from the start they were very nonchalant and barely wanted to give info on the different specs of the truck. They said if we had questions just to ask. So after we selected a truck the buying process was exceedingly painful. They became very pushy and even after saying no to the same question, it would get asked again and again. Then after we purchased the vehicle my husband and I kept receiving emails and phone calls from them saying they have vehicles in stock related to our searches and we should come out and look at them..... These calls and emails happened within days of buying a vehicle from them. So fast forward to now and the back window defroster burned through the glass and shattered the back window. After searching online myself, I found that our truck fell under this "customer service satisfaction" thing issued by GM before we owned the vehicle. And one of these "customer service" recall things was issued during the time that this dealer was in possession of this truck. It says right on the recall that any truck in the years given with power slide windows need to be held and repaired before given out. This was not done. So after the window shattered, I contacted the dealer and spoke to ****. He said he will do what he can but GM is not legally responsible due to the "customer service" recall being expired. Unfortunately this dealer is not concerned for safety of their customers that buy their vehicles. The window that shattered was the window behind where our car seat is for our child. This didn't seem to concern them either since I just kept getting the "we will try but probably out of luck" answer. Drive a farther distance to a different dealer or use Carvana, but do not waste your money here. You are a number to them and not a person.
