      They came to my property to give a quote for my front stoop sinking, to seal a crack, and to seal the stoop and concrete sidewalk- all in the front of my house. *****, the estimator, and **** the owner both came out while I was not home. When I followed up on the quote with *****, he told me went to the back, took pictures of my patio and forwarded them to someone he knows to give me a quote for cleaning and sealing the pavers, all without my knowledge or consent! I sent a few emails to **** and called him to discuss this violation of privacy and lack of professionalism and I never received a phone call back or a reply, nothing! Finally, when I email **** telling him that I will be reporting his company, he sent me a short email basically justifying *****'s actions saying that "he was trying to be helpful by referring you another service provider who can assist with the pavers. I will make sure he deletes the photos. Sorry for the discomfort this may have caused you." No acknowledgement of any wrong doing- that they should have asked if it was okay to go back there and take pictures. I will not ever give business to a company that doesn't respect my home and privacy and one that is so unprofessional and unaccountable for their actions. I have no idea what kinds of pictures of my house ***** took. Did he look into my house too? It's all too scary and creepy. In a time when there are so many bad things happening around us with theft and break-ins, this is truly disturbing. Be forewarned! This is a shady business.

      Concrete Hero truly is a "hero!" They recently fixed a sinking front porch and separated front step at my house. Other contractors said the step could not be done! **** was very responsive and professional during all my questions prior to starting my project. The project was completed during the time period **** provided and the workers showed up and started on time. The completed project is better than I expected. I could not be happier or more satisfied with my experience. Concrete Hero will be my go-to company for any further repairs I may need and the company I'll refer to neighbors and clients.
