“What if I need to cancel my reservation?”
If you cancel more than 2 hours in advance, a full refund will be issued. If canceled less than 2 hours in advance, a 50% refund or a full credit to be applied towards your next ride. No refunds will be issued if it is cancelled less than 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.
