"I bought this water softener system because of the salesman saying he was very honest, and plus the demos he did. Now my system has been down for almost a week know and the company will not contact me back, I am a senior citizen that can not do very much, I called 3 times for help and the lady tell me some problems they are having and promise to get back with me but never does, is there a way maybe to get some kind of help returning this system for a full refund or a partial one." ...
