    Uncouth. Unprofessional. Completely unacceptable service. The driver arrived 2 hrs after the tow was requested. ****** said he was doing me a favor by towing my car, and that it wasnt his job to take my car. ****** then proceeded to talk to on the phone the entire ride without a hands free device. I recorded the drivers reckless speed and aggressive behavior at which point he told me to get out of his vehicle and that he would not be towing my vehicle.
