    They need a new president not one that has been in ther since2013. According to the *************************** RULES. 4 YEARS TO SERVE..THEY INCREASED THE MONTHLY FEE *****% which is unheard of. I have a gutter that has been for for months. They shovel it in and bent it now it has been off for months. They have the pictures I sent. I will fix it and sent the bill to them. All they care about is their money once a month plus additional funds for asphalt from last year cause they have no reserve for that so the are charging us the owners to pay for it.Have an attorney and contacted the **************** in *******. That is not our responsibility. So I feel wait till next year, no reserve wait. According the the Illinois HOA it is their responsibility not ours. If you are looking for a condo check first who is the *************** if it them PAST ON THE ****** We have 7 families moving out to a better home.

    roc-noc is an amazing MikroTik reseller. ****% recommend.I paid for GROUND shipping, but got 2-day PRIORITY shipping. It was actually very thoughtful. Awesome work you guys!The only flaw is a minimum order requirement. I ordered rack ears for a MikroTik switch but also ordered a power cable as I was running out of those after selling old PCs and routers on *****
