About

About This Business

Resort Release is a private holding company that assists
consumers in obtaining financial and contractual freedom from their timeshare or vacation club ownership.
Located in Rockford, IL, this company primarily serves timeshare owners throughout North America. Resort Release assists consumers in getting rid
of their unwanted timeshare.

For an upfront fee, this company takes over the ownership, transfers the timeshare to another party or terminates the ownership. This frees the consumer from
the responsibility of the timeshare and ensures they no longer have to pay the
maintenance fees and other costs associated with the timeshare.

"I received a couple of calls for someone other than me, I called them back and the 2 representatives dropped the call (hanged up on me) because I told them not to call me anymore and asked them to block my number from their data base, the first one didn't even allow me to continue the conversation, the second one hanged up after I told him, very unprofessional, I don't know what they are trying to achieve with the person in question, but with that type of customer service I would be reluctant to do business with ******* there "0" stars because 1 is not even warranted."
