      Ex employee. Pay is absolutely terrible, ******** lies and gaslights you into doing things for her, checks are always short, hours are so inconsistent, communication is trash. The app doesnt work for s*** most of the time. They have unlicensed people running hoyers and lifts. theyre unstaffed and the turnover is very high. Terrible company to work for and I actually lost so much money working for this s*** company. I was told Id only have local clients and ended up working an hour out of town sometimes and wouldnt get paid mileage. I was responsible for paying for gas 7 days a week to drive 1k miles in that week. To make $15 an hour and I had more experience than everyone I worked with and was the only actual CNA. This company forces you to work weeks in a row, charges clients 1.2k for 3 days of half a** care, and is very unreliable. This job is absolutely trash. Dont even waste your time

      Should be NO stars, low quality staff, late to home,office staff deceitful, staff caught vaping in home with oxygen tanks. Nothing ever got done when communicated. Sad they conduct business in this manner.
