    They dont pick up my trash sometimes, like this week. I pay for 52 weeks a year. So why are they cheating me out of pickups? Summing up, they are incompetent at picking up trash, and they are money thieves. Thank you.

    Doesn't help getting new trash cans, when they let their buckets over flow. Now there's trash all over my street. If your going to use these arms then make sure you clean up what you drop. I shouldn't have to fill my cans up with trash they drop.

    Cancelled service after multiple failed pickups. Driver would tell dispatcher he picked up when he didn't. Provided them with key to our gate, and they would rarely use. If it wasn't open, they would just drive by. Frustrating with all the calls I had to make. ******* shouldn't take so much thought as a business owner.

    The garbage man broke my garbage can. It's not usable anymore. Called Rock River Disposal and spoke with *****. She talked to supervisor and their refusing to do anything about it. I understand that they won't replace a personal garbage can that their driver broke, but they won't bring me one of their cans unless I pay $50 for it. Told them no they have incompetent drivers that don't respect others property and I'm not paying for one.
