You must have a valid shipping address on file with Griggs Care.
No credits will be given to complaints that are received after 30 days from the date of purchase.
No refunds/credits will be given on soft gel products or products formulated with live organisms.
Direct Shipments to your mailing address include a $6.00 handling fee plus shipping charges.
Please contact us via email ([email protected]) with the product name, lot number and number of bottles you wish to return. Return request will be reviewed and processed. Please note: Packages that are received without approval will be returned to the sender.
If you received a package that has been damaged, please save the original box and all of the contents. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Claims for defective or damage product must be made within 7 days of receipt of product(s).
