Referred to this company by ***** ***** Requested estimate for chipmunk control. Told best to come evaluate prob to make sure truly chipmunk prob and not something else. Tried to xcl appoint due to family ER. Told I didnt need to be home for eval. Received extensive $3700 estimate covering more services than requested. Only then was I told about a $149 charge for eval whether services are completed or not (printed under terms on p2 of estimate). EST show $0.00 for report, $149 pest/rodent initial set up. No services provided. Expensive ******* Buyer beware.

We were contacted and scheduled an *********** to review an issue with possible chipmunks. *** called and rescheduled due to a family emergency, which were more than happy to do as we understand trying to think about small things like chipmunks while dealing with medical emergencies. On the date we rescheduled it too, she called to cancel because of families doctor *********** where we informed her that she wouldn't need to be home for us to look around and develop a solution that we could then email to her. With each phone call, *** was quoted an inspection fee of $149, as are all of our customers, and told that all or part of it would be waived if she hired her for services and that there would things on the estimate for her whole home and not just chipmunks. We also quoted the price for chipmunk trapping. We completed the inspection and provided an estimate to address the chipmunks and several other areas on her home that could be animal proofed. We submitted the estimate and waited a few days prior to sending the inspection invoice. During those days we communicated with *** several times via email and on the phone to answer any questions that she may have had. It was stated several times that it was just an estimate and that there are several line items and she can pick and choose any of them or none of them. She was quoted the inspection fee every time she called and in a few of the calls afterwards. I'm sorry that she had so much going on at the time that she didn't remember that.
