"I went in for a serpentine belt change and an oil change, and without telling me clearly what they were going to do they claim they put rotors and pads on my brakes, changed an oxygen sensor, and installed tie rods totaling about $1,400 without my approval of anything but a serpentine belt and oil change approved by me. Then they said that it would be $1,500 if I used a credit card, but they would let it go for $1,4 00 cash." ... Read full review
