  We contracted with Corey Sanford for our wedding in August to be our DJ and also provide videographer services. Throughout the lead up to the wedding, Corey was routinely either late to calls or had to reschedule them last second. That happened with every single call with him before the wedding to the point where I had to mention to him to prepare to be on time for the wedding. We went over all the songs we wanted him to play and what not to play and even had some laughs in that call.The day of the wedding, he said the 2nd videographer that was part of the contract we signed is not going to come so we just need to manage with one. Obviously not something you want to hear on your wedding day but we rolled with it. He also played the wrong walkout music for the wedding party, missed songs we put in his site to play and played the one song my wife specifically said not to play.In mid-November (3 months later) we followed up asking about the wedding video. We started hearing from the videographer he contracted with that she hadn't started anything yet, that she didn't get good audio from the wedding and didn't get the shots we wanted because she also thought there would be a 2nd videographer. She also mentioned that Corey hadn't paid her yet so that's why she hasn't worked on it yet. When I told Corey about this, he then tried to pivot to see if someone else can do the video but has since gone dark. Initially he at least responded but would never get on the phone with us and kept canceling calls last second but now he doesn't even respond to us.We still haven't received our wedding video over 5 months later and we already paid 2k for it. If you do your homework on Corey and look up reviews online, you'll see we're not the first couple this has happened to and won't be the last so it's up to you to use a different DJ, videographer, etc. for your wedding. He's gotten threatening and belligerent with people and breaches contracts regularly.

  Im not going to say Corey ruined my wedding because Im not going to let him take that from me. Even though he took several moments in my life Ive waited my entire life for that I will NEVER get back. I will get into that later. But first thing I want to start with is that he was drinking the ENTIRE wedding and was DRUNK. How do I know this??? Because he was seen by MULTPLE guests cutting in line to get a drink, AND he told me himself. Corey said, Do you mind if I have a drink? Because I already am. I believe Corey only DJs to get a free drink. Corey didnt play any of the music my husband and I spent HOURS putting together. He was supposed to play love music during the cocktail hour. He was supposed to play Irish music during the dinner. He didnt play any of the songs we requested on our list. He replayed songs MULTIPLE TIMES. To top it off, my aunt asked him 3 times, and then paid him $5 to play a song THAT WAS ALREADY ON OUR PLAY LIST. Right before our Bridal party was being introduced, I went over it with Corey several times. I asked him, Do you got it? He said, yes. Corey messed up every. Single. Introduction. Making it even worse, he introduced us as the Best Man and Matron of Honors. He RUINED our first dance that I spent my ENTIRE life waiting for. About a minute in our first dance, it switched to a dance remix that was NOT approved by myself or my husband. How did Corey handle it??? instead of just letting it play or changing it, he CUT OFF our first dance, laughed and said oops, remix and carried on with the next dance. The next morning I did my own research and I am not the only one that had these experiences, let alone that hes been revoked from the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! When I called Corey to discuss ALL of this, he tried flipping it on my husband and I like we are the ones at fault. This man is a drunk, unprofessional, and a manipulative child. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY YOU WILL REGREAT IT!!!!

  **** showed up 2 hours late to our wedding smelling of alcohol, none of the microphones worked properly so were unable to be used due to feedback (and therefor not catch speeches for the video), Corey interrupted speeches by yelling into an already booming mic, Corey messed up multiple music cues including Bride walk down the aisle/mother son dance/and husband wife first dance, Corey interrupted first dance by talking into mic during the dance until forcibly taken away from him by photographer, our last dance song was not played, Corey passed out drunk for large stretches of our wedding, berated guests when they tried to make song requests, the photobooth said Happy baby shower as the background, and Corey was seen multiple times ordering alcohol from the bar. Post wedding we set up a call with Talent City Artists and Highland Preferred. ***** from Highland preferred said that a full refund for the ** service and photobooth was already in the works but may take up to 2 weeks to go through. 6 months later we have yet to receive the full refund or any pictures from the photobooth, which we paid for! We have reached out to both ***** and Corey multiple times and get barely, if any response. We have yet to hear back from a single email to ***** and when Corey does respond he says he needs more time or that will be sending the rest of the refund and photbooth picutres later that day. Again, several months have passed and this has not been done.They have been unapologetic and to this day have yet to give the full refund promised or send ** any of the pictures from our photo booth. Both Talent City Artists and Highland Preferred have been next to impossible to get a response from and have shown little to no remorse. Corey even tried to offer us a free photo session and guilt trip us with his employees need to make a living to not write any negative reviews.
