  I had a plumbing emergency Saturday October 26. I contacted Triton plumbing explained I needed emergency service. They promised me a technician at 7 PM. No one showed. I contacted them again and they said we tied up it will be 10 or 1030 before we get there. I agreed to be patient and wait again after 10:30. No one showed contacted the company again and told them its too late tonight. Why dont we do it tomorrow morning. They replied and said we have someone else tomorrow early afternoon. No one showed again. I contacted them and they said theyre too busy they would have to send someone out Monday between 10 AM and 12 PM frustrated but I agreed because I understand you can be busy. However, again today, Monday no one showed at 12 oclock. Ive been texting and calling since 10:30 AM finally at 1 oclock in the afternoon they text me back and say I dont know why someone didnt show up . At this point I called another company and I have a scheduled today. I wish to complain and let everyone know how unreliable this company is. It would be so easy to say we cant make it instead of making someone stay home the whole weekend, waiting for someone to show up , I didnt leave my house the whole weekend and miss them. I called off work today because someone was supposed to be here at 10:30 and no-show. Im very frustrated and want to file a complaint.

  They do not deserve a star, Unfortunately, I have to leave a 1 star in order to send the review and they have an F for a BBB rating. They installed a defective toilet, and we have been trying to contact them for 6 weeks to get it replaced. We have placed several phone calls and text messages and have had little to no response back. When we do get a response back, they set a "bogus" day/date and time when they will be here and then no one shows up. In one instance, they sent us a text stating they were on the way to someone else's house, when they should have been coming to our. We tried calling several times and texting, and no one came. Or they state they will call us back later, which they never do. We are also waiting for the warranty on the toilet, because worst case scenario, we will have a more reputable plumber correct the issue. We have also asked for the amount of the initial toilet back in reimbursement as it is defective, and they have not been cooperative with returning phone calls or assisting in any manner to resolve this issue. We also feel that they are a fraudulent company, as companies usually will accept credit cards or the customer has the ability to write out a check to the company, not a specific person, which was the president/ceo of the company, *****. They also are not associated with the plumber's union that they state on their website. Most of the information on their website and in their voice mail message is false advertising.

  Best plumbing service company there is! I had 3 other plumbing companies that had came out before Tritan and not one of those 3 companies could figure out what was going on with my sewer line. Once ****** and the Tritan crew showed up they had it all figured out in less than 20 minutes! They are extremely knowledgeable, they know there stuff! They made the repair in less than a day and really took pride in their work doesnt even look like they were even here. I will recommend them to all friends and family. Thanks again Tritan

  I have used Tritan for well over a decade for multiple jobs at my home. In January of 2023 I contacted them for a new water heater which required a $1500 deposit by me through PayPal, I sent the payment along and then had to cancel the job as a family issue came up. I contacted ***** immediately that same evening and she indicated that the deposit had already been sent along to the supplier and she would work on getting it back for me. i though nothing of it as I had been a client of Tritan for over a decade, I reached out to ***** and received a text message back apologizing for the length of time it has taken but they had some family issues on their end come up so I waited again. hearing nothing for a few more weeks I followed up with multiple calls and texts to *****. received another text from her indicated that her or ****** would be contacting me and nothing. It is now June 5 months since this all began and I have still not received a call or my money back. I then decided to take a trip to their office in Plainfield and to my surprise the office was vacant I then went into a neighboring company at the address from their web site and the guys there said they have not seen anyone coming or going from the Tritan office. another text on June 14, 2023 to ***** indicating that I was at their office to discuss my refund and still no reply back to call or text. I know that the rule is get multiple bids for a job and to my fault I threw that rule out the window due to what I thought was a great working relationship with ************************ and the company. on June 19, 2023 I have still not received any sort of contact back from my last text message to ***** They had no issue taking my $1500 deposit back in January, I hope you all at Tritan enjoyed it, my wife and I have been out that money sine January for no reason at all other than you all just took it, no explanation, no curtesy of a phone call... for our upcoming jobs, Tritan will NOT be receiving a call **********

  We used them to help install a filtration system, water softener, well pump tank, and sump pumps. Although I would say the work was pretty good, I highly DO. NOT. recommend using this company. The amount of time I wasted on several appointments that were scheduled with them where no one showed up, no one called to give an update or at the very least call to apologize and re-schedule. I, as the customer, had to continuously call this company to do everything and straighten things out. The first appointment with them they were 6 hours late!!!! 6 hours! With zero updates or notices. I had to reach out about every hour to find out when we could expect the plumber with each time having some different excuse. This was extremely frustrating and inconveniencing to us with 3 kids at home under 5. There was absolutely no regard for other peoples' families or time. They also highly recommended that we buy their "12 year warranty" which we naively did. I should have known from the shoddy customer service and complete lack of trust with them that buying that was a waste of money. I am out of $499 for the warranty that they cannot even honor! I have communicated with them many, many times with 2 missed appointments and after asking for a refund I have not been put on their "do not reply to" list. They will take your money and not follow through on their warranty service. I would look at all the reviews out there on them because it is consistent across the board. They pull the same c*** on everyone they work with it seems. I also want to add that I do not believe they are even licensed to do work in the State of ********; a simple search of the State of ******** registered corporations will show you they are not up-to-date which I believe means they're doing work without technically being allowed to? Anyways, like I said, do your research on them and stay away. Many other companies out their with higher morals and values and who will actually follow through on their contracts.

  Unfortunately, my **** y/o Mother hired Tritan to do the job, (per Tritan's guidance of urgency) to replace the hot water heater (it was corroded), or it could possibly burst! Then, Tritan looked at her bathroom and said the toilet needed to be replaced and some new wax seals and flanges replaced. The main bathroom needed the shower faucet replaced, due to it causing leakage as well. Also, the main bathroom floor tile was loosened due to the leakage. Tritan said they would replace that flooring after repairs. Tritan asked did we have anymore floor planks. We said yes, in the garage. Yesterday, this review, Tritan sent a contract stating "additional charges possible", along with only replacing 3'X3' of the main bathroom flooring! In good faith, we gave them $2969.89. That amount was half for the down payment. Tritan said they needed that amount of money to purchase parts. MOST businesses have a credit card to purchase needed supplies! Beware! This is elderly abuse in business if not more. The final straw was "Tritan" making, now, four (4) appointments to come and start the job and we have not seen them except when they dropped off the hot water heater since that time. I also spoke with the ************** and without explaining or asking, was inadvertently notified of problems outside that needed to be rectified first. The woman that answered Tritan's phone said she had a "contact person" at the **** However, NO communication from Tritan, again. The *** had to let us know what was transpiring outside in our sewage system!
