    Beware of this shady, obnoxious, arrogant and condescending optometrist. Owner claims that when you purchase glasses and the lenses are not correct, you will get one redo to rectify problem. Well when this happens and you drop glasses off and asked to be called and they don't call and they send glasses in for new lenses without knowing what changes you want, they then come back and say, you were rude to our employees and they don't like how I complain so the glasses being wrong is your fault. It's funny when people do not own up to their mistakes and then find reasons to blame you and say negative things about you. I understand standing up for your employees, but when they are incompetent and do things on their own the owner should fix the problem and not blame the consumer. Then when you pick up your glasses that were not done to the specs you wanted and you ask if there is any balance due and you are told no, a magical invoice shows up in the mail saying you have balance due, blatant fraud. Then they turn this over to collection agency. I understand why this is not and accredited BBB business. Caveat emptor-buyer beware.
