  Would not recommend. Used them through AHS. First technician comes and leaves without talking to us. Leaves a bunch of trash in our backyard including an entire motor, ***** metal, and cardboard / styrofoam. AC was still broken, called to ask for them to send someone else out and they were super rude. Called AHS and they put in a second request with Eagle Air. Tried calling multiple times and leaving messages, no reply. A couple of days later, their on call tech texts me. I text back right away and they say that they cant call, just text, and also can't come repair or schedule a repair. They stop responding to my texts and ignore me. I call the next morning right when they open and ask when they can schedule us. They say they are already on our way and they meant to call (they didn't). I told them that our house was over 90 degrees so we had to stay with family and weren't home. They said I better get home asap cause if i miss them, they won't come again for a week. Ran home, got there in time. The tech says a wrong motor was put in the first time, has to order a new one. I call to complain about the service and they offer me a complimentary furnace cleaning. AHS sends me a survey, I respond with honest answers. Eagle Air texts me that the furnace cleaning is cancelled. I call them and they say that because I sent a survey with honest feedback to AHS (wasn't rude, didn't post online), they refuse to offer me services. They said they tried to "pacify" me for my "inconveniences" but because i submitted a survey to AHS, they don't want to anymore. Very very sensitive and condescending. Stay clear.

  We had Eagle Air assigned to come out and look at our furnace as assigned from AHS in April of 2021. I was contacted right away by their office and they came out as planned. They were able to diagnose the issue and ordered a new furnace, ours was 30+ years old. While there were some logistics issues with the new furnace, they were in contact with me the whole time and once they were able to get the unit, it was installed and the technicians were polite and professional. I would definitely use them again.
