The service call was educational: which is important that I understand was is happening. The call yielded great results: I now have my furnace working and my air conditioner operating. CW replaced our air conditioning unit last summer, and it's been running perfectly ever since. Our heat went out the other night. I called CW in the morning, and ****** came out that same day. He was honest with us and said that just because the unit was old, it didn't need to be replaced. He ran out for parts and had our heating up and running right away.
