      I am paid a month ahead. Have lived here 2 years now. Since 2023 i have been fighting s and s property about it. They tried to evict me just past jan 2024 and mind you I'm paid ahead. I owe no late charges nothing. And now their doing it again, I'm current on my rent and they are saying I'm not. My bank account doesn't match their ledger. They steal people's money. Don't move in these places they own.

      When I got my place originally, I had the lease with the owners. Since the beginning, they have not responded to mold and extensive cracking issues. This includes these people. Before they took over, they threatened me with eviction because I was being transparent about my new unemployment status. They also refused rental assistance in a passive agressive way. My therapist office also tried to offer money to them . My therapist told me they had a "temper tantrum". These people put vulnerable people in danger with no care for the consequences. Do not go in their units. They rip people off.
