    This woman-owned medical transport company has been an absolute savior for our family. My mom, who is recovering from a brutal and traumatic attack that left her with multiple traumatic brain injuries and a broken spine, relies on daily transportation to and from rehab and medical appointments. Finding a transport service that provides not just punctuality but also safety, compassion, and care felt impossibleuntil we found ***** Express Transit.*********, one of their incredible drivers, has been nothing short of amazing. Her kindness and attentiveness have truly helped my mom feel safe during what used to be an incredibly stressful part of her day. Before finding *****, my mom was being transported by a different service with male drivers, which unfortunately triggered debilitating panic attacks due to her recent trauma. Communication was difficult, and she often felt unsafe in her vulnerable state. Switching to ***** Express Transit, with its thoughtful and professional approach, has made all the difference in the world.********* treats my mom with the care and respect she deserves, making sure shes comfortable and secure every step of the way. On top of that, *******, the exceptional owner of ***** Express Transit, goes above and beyond to ensure flawless service. If ********* is unavailable, ******* herself steps in to make sure my mom gets where she needs to goalways with care, compassion, and professionalism. Its clear that ******* runs her company with her whole heart, and it shows in every interaction.This service is reliable, caring, prompt, professional, and, most importantly, human. As a daughter trying to ensure the best for her mother, I cannot express the peace of mind they have given me. Their communication is stellarI can call ******* directly and always feel heard and understood. Knowing that my mom is in good hands has removed an enormous weight off our shoulders during this already difficult time.

    K&J Express has provided quality care to my husband for the last few years since his amputation. Not only do they treat their clients well, but they're able to navigate the ******* area without the passenger getting car sick or worried about speeding and unsafe driving. This was the only company he does not have anxiety about using for his medical appointments downtown. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU to K&J for making a total difference in his access to care.

    My insurance knows ***** is my only medical transport. Everyone is nice, and the drivers are safe. Even when I order my transport through my insurance 2 weeks out, and they only notify ***** the night before, they do their best to accomodate. ***** are easy to communicate with, and I've never had a problem in the 2 years of working with them.
