"I went to AAA to get my car serviced they told me it would be $1,400 to do the service they told me that I needed gas kits for my heads because they were leaking and that's why my engine light was on they also told me I needed to have my fuel injectors cleaned they also told me I needed to get a tune-up which involves plugs and it involved wires of oil change all the flu has changed so I decided it's okay because they're AAA and are supposed to be very good 3 weeks later I had to take my car into a different mechanic because I was a different issue but I literally mechanic and he had fixed my power steering pump and notice that there was no fluid inside the power steering pump so I asked him if he could take a look I just had new plugs put in new head gaskets put in I had a couple other things putting that I had mentioned my mechanic looked at this and said that they never replaced any spark plugs nor did they do the replacement of the head gaskets can they give me another list of things that needed to be done and he said that none of these other things needed to be done none of the fluids were changed like they say and I was still charged to 1400 I asked them to see the parts that they changed after they did the job they told me that they've already disposed of them I've never been to a mechanic before that has not been able to show me the parts that they've replaced I really would like to have a complete refund and an apology I noticed on their sites that they are getting many many complaints the people who are running the front for the service department a very rude when you ask him something they don't want to respond to you and they take so long time to do anything and get back to you on it." ...
