    05/17/2024 Better Business Bureau of ******************************************************************************************** Regarding Customer: ************************* ***************** ***** Regarding Job Address: ***************************************************** Response to Customers Complaint: We here at ******************** were contracted by ***************************** to restore power and upgrade meters.He paid deposit and was unresponsive to work inside. We needed to complete job per City Codes.Customer had 2 contracts. Outside Contract and Inside Contract.We finished 75% of Outside Contract. We finished 50% of Inside Repairs with no response from **************. ************** still owed monies to Secure Electric, Inc. to Finish the job.We stopped work due to No Communication with **************. Secure Electric, Inc. had no progress after trying for weeks to contact the customer.We believe we tried to fulfill the contracts and satisfy our customer. Sincerely,************************* Supervisor
