    I dropped items off 3.25.22, there is a refundable holding fee (in my contract) that they charge tax on of $21.53 (I will be reporting to IRS). After no contact for several months I was finally able to contact someone who stated they would like to keep the items a month longer, I agreed. Again no contact for several months, hard to reach, poor communication. Finally went into the store and arranged for pick up later that day. I was told that their policy changed and I would have to talk to ****** to receive the refund promised of my holding fee, I am also missing an animal print dress. I picked up my items Nov.5th, 2022, several messages through FB page and the # given to me at the store and still no contact. I would avoid this business, very unprofessional, unethical practices.

    Often not open when they are supposed to be. Can't ever talk to owner, either not there or doesn't return phone calls. Salesgirls cover for her. Clothes on consignment have been in there way past 90 days but have not been notified what I want to do with them. NO COMMUNICATION. Not sure I got right amount on a check I was given. Was told bigger amount on phone by salesworker.

We are committed to the posting of our policies, open shop hours etc. Regrettably your experience was not to your standard, we, our devoted staff and myself, appreciate the opportunity to service your gently used items in the future.
