    Dr ********************** office is not a place for you or your children. They constantly tell you treatment plans and change them last minute. when you address the issue the office manager somehow sends emails in your name with inappropriate expressions and then discharges you as a patient. My daughter was told she would be getting a certain treatment done several times that did not happen, we even changed our family plans to accommodate the doctor or Doctor as he is referred to in the office. and still, she did not get the treatment discussed. They cancel 2 weeks in advance for an unknown, unavoidable situation. How is 2 weeks in advance an unknown unavoidable situation? The office manager then produced an email sent by my email account to an email address of hers that I did not know nor send and my husband who does not know how to email didn't do it so how did it get sent? the email contained "words" as she put it to discharge my daughter. in the letter she mailed us, she said they would take the braces off. I called to make an appointment to do so, always got their messaging system, and finally called from a number they didn't have on file, got through, and was not surprised, now they can't take the braces off because it has been more than 30 days. maybe if he cared more about his patients and less about his band and FB image he may have happier patients with less frustration.
