    David charged trumped up services for a small amount of time. Then sent threatening letters to my home saying he would sue me for defamation because I left a review of his services. He charges over a thousand dollars a month for emails, phone calls, and one court appearance. Most of the emails and phone calls were not answered which is why I fired him. Coupled with finding he was charging me handsomely for no response.

    This responds to the complaint of ******** *****. Her husband died on 12/18/23. She contacted me shortly after that for representation. I quoted my hourly rate of $350. She decided to represent herself pro se by opening a probate estate and by defending a mortgage foreclosure lawsuit. On 04/26/24 she contacted me again and signed a legal representation contract. After that I performed substantial work on both cases and submitted a bill, at which point she terminated my services without payment. I filed a small claims lawsuit against her, which resulted in a judgment in my favor on 08/19/24 in the total sum of $3,902.04. She was permitted to pay the judgment at the rate of $100 per month beginning on 10/15/24. She is current on her payments. I did not overcharge her. The work I performed for her before she terminated my services was of a very high quality.
