  Carlson Exteriors repaired a roof and installed new gutters for us. We were very happy with the crew and office staff’s professionalism, courtesy, and work ethic. We would definitely have Carlson’s back to do work in the future and recommend them to others.

  Carlson came out to repair our gutter. The guys were great, professional, and willing to troubleshoot the problem of our clogged gutter.
  Our gutters are really high, so the job wasn't easy. But they took care of the issue. Shortly after, we had heavy rains with no problems.
  We would highly recommend Carlson Exteriors for any of your future needs!

  Issue: Garage door header was sagging.
  The Person who answered the phone at Carlson was polite. To analyze, Caleb called me before coming, to alert me and came on time. Caleb analyzed the damage and did an excellent job of reviewing and identifying what needed to be fixed. He was knowledgeable and kind. The estimate was received in the time frame, promised. The estimate was fair. Responses to my emails were prompt. The work done by the Carlson Associate was of good quality, good workmanship, and professional. He was kind. Materials used are of good quality. I did shop around before giving this job to Carlson. And I am glad I did.

  Ours was a small siding repair job but was handled as if it was a complete replacement. The estimate was scheduled quickly, final bill came in on budget and the areas impacted were cleaned up. Will definitely contact for future jobs.

  Very happy with the service from Carlson Exteriors. I had a leak in my roof and when Nick arrived, he immediately found that the leak was coming from the damaged flashing on one of my vents. He also checked all other vents and found one other that needed caulking. He also identified a few roof tiles that needed replacing. To my surprise, he did not try to sell me a new roof, which I greatly appreciated. The contractor showed up promptly and did all the repairs at an affordable rate. I'll definitely use Carlson Exteriors again.

  We needed our roof replaced. Contracted with Carlson Exteriors and are 100% satisfied with the result. Our crew was amazing! They not only totally completed our project in one day, but also kept the debris cleaned up throughout. They were very respectful of our property and that of our neighbors.   I have used Carlson Exteriors in the past for a couple of smaller projects all with great success. So when it came time to replace a window and siding on a dormer they were the only contractor I needed to call. They did a job. I was most impressed with their attention to detail: Painting ends of cut boards, numerous trips up and down two ladders to measure and remeasure, window flashing and caulking, you name it. They worked with me on a couple of last minute cosmetic changes and the crew was always friendly and courteous.

  I had a small job that only a roofing company could do. I found that I needed an exterior vent cap replaced which had been causing a leak in my roof and ceiling. I was concerned that job would be too small for Carlson's to address and/or how long it would take for you to get back to me.
  I was pleasantly surprised that you called right back, I got an estimate, and the job was completed in a very timely manner! The receptionist and the guy that gave me an estimate were both very polite and professional.
  I will definitely recommend your company! Small roof jobs are very hard to get done. Most other roofing and siding companies either do not call back or have poor communication.
  I think this is an excellent business and now when I need a bigger job done, I will call Carlson's!

  We had Carlson do repairs in the valley of our roof and replace vents and flashing that needed to be addressed because of a leak in our roof. From the first initial visit to completion they were very professional which was great to have since we had unprofessional issues with 3 other roofers/roofing companies. We highly recommend them for this reason alone but they also are very quick to resolve a concern you might have. We are very happy with finished job.

  We recently had our roof replaced by Carlson Exteriors and we are so pleased. The estimate through the clean-up was done professionally and on time. The crew did an excellent job and cleaned up all of the mess that comes with a new roof - so that we did not even know they had been there. We would highly recommend their company to anyone who needs their services.
