      Very disappointed in service with this company. Ordered Dyna -Glo grill parts through them that were to be delivered in 3-5 days. 17 days later and numerous phone calls later, no parts to be had. More phone calls with different answers regarding credit to my card and finally had to notify my credit card company for resolve this issue. I would not recommend this company to anyone.PS- got the same parts via ****** in 24 hours and cheaper.

      Ordered on November *******. contacted them 10 days later . Talked to ******* * items out of stock, will ship when the out of stock order comes in. I asked the to ship the items in stock. order was separated. Talked to *** 12/17/2* , cancelled order for out of stock items . (Refund received 1/20/25)asked them to send items that were in stock again. * of 6 items delivered 1/17/2025, 2 items missing from shipment. Talked to ******* those items are in stock and suppose to be sent in 5-7 business days. 2/25/25 Talked to **** Still have not received the last 2 items. Canceled order and asked for refund. They will refund the cost of the 2 items but not shipping and handling. I paid shipping and handling for 8 items and only received *. Do not use this company. Terrible service if you are lucky enough to get your order.

      Terrible customer service, shipping and return policies. If you call and email them you get 2 different answers. All have heavy accents and difficult to understand.

      I ordered parts from them over a week ago. They took the money off my card that day. Still no tracking info and when I try to get info about my order they give me the run around. Several emails, none answered. Several phone calls, all lies. I canceled the order yesterday and the *** said he would send me a confirmation email. Crickets. The absolute WORST company to do business with and I will be filing a ***ort with the BBB. YOU OWE ME $68.95. No wonder you do business the way you do, your NOT a member of the BBB. BUYER BEWARE

      I bought a Dyna-Glo grill thru ********** a couple of years ago. In the instruction manual provide with the grill under parts was GHP. I ordered with *** for a grease pan and a grease cup in early July of 2024, the money was charged to my credit card, and I waited for my parts. In the middle of August 2024, I called customer service at *** to check on my parts and was told they were on backorder, and one might come the end of September and no idea on the part, It is now almost Thanksgiving and still no parts no email updates. I can't even rate your business if that's what you guys call it.

      Purchased dynaglo elux professional grade 95000-135000 btu heater. Never worked since it was new. Impossible to talk to someone in the **. Over seas call center keeps mailing me parts saying replace this replace that, no actual diag procedure just a parts ****** over seas call center. Quick ****** search shows the amount of issues with same heater. Should be a class action suite against ghp.

      I had purchased a product from them, specifically a dyna-glo flux heater. The product was faulty and stopped working because of a defective thermocouple and the company voided the warranty of a defective product because of where the item was used.

      You people offer warranty but when it's time to use the warranty I was told that your warranty only covers the outer shell of the pellet stove, why the h*** do you offer warranty and nothing is covered. I will be filling a complaint with the BBB

      Ordered part on 09/29/2023 as of 10/18/2023 I have heard nothing. Called and they don't have the part and was told they would call back with a resolution. No call back.

      Had a gas valve part break on a portable propane fire pit which was purchased in 2020. (Used once). The unit was manufactured under the name Bond Manufacturing doing business as GHP and sold at Lowes.Easy piece to replace but they no longer have ANY parts to replace on this fire pit. It's basically rendered useless at this point. It's item number *****-D. Model number ******** Serial number *** ***********. Date code ****. Very Very disappointing. Don't do business with this company!
