    If I could MINUS stars, I would. *** put down 4 bags of rat poison, was at my house for ELEVEN minutes and insisted on a payment of $100.00. When I requested him to return, I had to call him DAILY for a week, multiple times a day since he wouldn't return my calls. He then finally came over to not know how to open up a contained rat bait box and made yet another promise to come back in a week to check on it and to bring more poison. Well, I know it is shocking but guess what - he never came back and has since blocked me on his ******** page. Do NOT call Preferred Pest Control. Do NOT refer Preferred Pest Control and please let him know that I wrote this about him if you see him..... good luck with that!!

    Has anyone else has issues with *** the local exterminator? Last year it was hard to get him back after he sprayed once due to numerous excuses. Took forever to get him to come back a second time. Decided to give him another shot this year. BIG MISTAKE!!! I've tried to get him back to spray and he gives excuses over excuses over a month. I have more ants now than I did when he first came. He's great when he comes but it's like pulling teeth to get him to come back. He has given numerous days when he would show up, no call or no show to reschedule. Claimed he was sick and thats why he never showed up or called to let me know he wasnt coming, gave more time for him to feel better to come spraying- he gave another day and again, no show. He said he was going to refund me since he never completed the job and has avoided every phone call and text message. *** told him I could pick up the money and he gave the excuse he was out of town and the day before he said he would drop off the money he owed me. I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. STILL OWES ME MONEY! He doesnt even deserve 1 star.
