      DO NOT use this company. They will demand payment before the service is done. They charged our CC 3x then reversed the charge and told us that their CC machine was no longer working. They gave us options to pay in cash, cashapp or wire the money. No checks or cards accepted. They were not upfront with their charges. We were charged over $400 for a "fuel surcharge" for them to come from their listed location online to the truck stop 4 miles away. Additionally they charged $750/hour for a job that could've been done quickly. We waited 1.5hours for them to show up. They would not release our trailer until they had confirmation of a form of cash payment. Very unprofessional. They want to do whatever they can to make it inconvenient for you so that they can continue to charge by the hour.

      Straight up highway robbery. Charged my wife $250 for a tow no more than 5 miles away. Not up front with pricing. Straight scam artist. Lucky I wasn't the one they interacted with
