**** is a phenomenal salesman and business owner. He quotes fast, yet will take time to thoroughly explain his products and services.I had 12 windows replaced at my house. His work and products are higher quality than the other 3 quotes I received, and his price was higher, but I went with **** because of his great reviews and his custom windows.Ive found paying for quality typically saves money in the long run.Hes been in business for close to 30 years, guarantees his work, backs it with warranties, and cares about his customers and his reviews.Review fromBen D

There recently was a hailstorm in my area with 23-inch hail stones. I knew there was probably damage to my roof, so I did my research and interviewed several companies for the job. Believe me, I am a hard sell, and do lots of research prior to hiring anyone from the trades, as, in the past I have been burned and it taught me a hard ******* I am skittish now. Out of the four companies I met with, Everlast Exteriors of Illinois was the one I chose to hire, and I am so glad I did. This company had five-star reviews everywhere ************** BBB and other sites), which made me more comfortable with them. The owner **** explained their process to me and how they have individuals at the company, each dedicated to their areas of expertise. Believe me, they are experts! ***, is the Claims Adjuster Whisperer. At least thats what I call him. Very nice person who really is gifted in the art of dealing with insurance people. He worked with the claims adjuster from the insurance company directly. I really didnt have to get involved much at all. He was on the roof with the adjuster while she assessed the damage, and within four hours I received an approval from the insurance company for a new roof, gutters and window screens. The first check was in my bank account within two days, and the second, and last check when the job was done was in my bank account two days after completion of the project. Holy cow!!! I couldnt believe the process was so easy and went so smoothly! The roof looks beautiful, and the gutters look great! So much so that I decided to give the rest of the house a facelift and will be hiring painters to update the look of the house. Thanks also to **** who gave me inspiration to play with the colors of the gutters and the house paint. It is going to look great when its done, and I have ********************* from Everlast Exteriors to thank. Great job guys! I am so glad I hired you! I would recommend this company to anyone.
