Atrocious isnt a descriptive enough term. I honestly cannot understand how a company with this level of incompetence and inadequacy is still in business. The craftsmanship, quality control, and customer service are abysmal. The other yelp reviews will also testify to what its like working with them. Something must be done about companies like this from taking peoples hard earned money and turning it into an unprecedented substandard level of incompetence.

Excellent service and selection. Thanks ****** and everyone else who pitched in to help me make decisions. Ordered samples. Some took longer to arrive than others. Final order came in on time. *** and his crew at the warehouse were great !Review fromKathy B

First my install date was confirmed for 8-30-22. Waited 2 hours and no one showed up only to be told even though I was confirmed for the 30th my install was put in the computer for the 31st. Floor was installed on 9-1-22. It was glued down and glue was left all over the top. The installer said it would come off after washing. It did not. I called the store and spoke with Joanna Jarzabek. She filed a claim for me but I still haven’t heard anything. I had to get on my hands and knees using Clorox wipes to remove the glue. It’s the only way it would come off. For the money I paid this should have been done by the installer.Review fromSusan K

****** was great to work with and pointed out an inconsistency with the tile we chose. She went to great ends to make sure it matched up and that we were happy with it. It's really hard to find someone to do flooring and tiling these days thanks to staffing shortages and supply chain problems, so we really do appreciate all the help and attention we received with Great Western Flooring. Great Western Flooring has been one of the absolute worst companies to deal with. The sales person in the design center was excellent and very helpful. But everything since has been a nightmare. I am still dealing with a mismatched tile, grout that needs significant repairs, and a chipped tile that needs replacement, all of which occurred during installation. I have had frustrating call after frustrating call. They like to blame everyone else but themselves, and one of their ****************** reps ***** I believe?) was not only completely unhelpful, he was rude and completely unprofessional on the telephone. I expect that I will be dealing with this company for a long time, not by choice, but to get them to fix their mistakes, if and when they ever get around to that.
