    Brought my less than a year old XT6 in for service because the transmission crapped out on me. I ask if we can get a loaner, no sorry we don't have any. I say ok can we get a ride home because I've got my 3 year old son with me with his car car seat. Nope sorry were not going to do that either. I ask okay how are we supposed to get home. Reply back is **... uber? The service writer was rude and and his total lack of empathy was abundantly clear. I get it...you work with the public, but maybe try to at least fake that you don't care.We purchased this car from this dealership and I expected a little more out of them. At minimum a ride home because the car they sold ** is having a **************** issue. Do yourself a favor give these people your business. Any other luxury car brand I've bought from would have tried to make the situation better. Audi, *********** Cadillac and this dealer in specific don't care once your purchase is over with.

    Sorry to hear about your experience with us. Sincerely, we do strive to create a completely satisfied environment for our guests, from sales to service. We retail about 800 total units per year and unlike our competitors, we currently stock around 30 active loaner cars that are all Cadillacs. Although a reservation isn't always necessary, it is definitely recommended. I also know you spoke with Jose, my Service Director, earlier and would like to wish you well in the future.
