    We chose Midwest to test our tiles for asbestos because we wanted an independent lab that was not affiliated with any abatement companies in order to avoid any conflict of interest and potentially questionable results. ******* from Midwest came out on time to test our tiles and adhesive with care, patiently answered my one million questions, and called to explain the results when they came in.After the abatement process, he came out on a last minute notice on a Friday on his OFF day, to help us do an air clearance test (abatement company had a last minute opening that we couldn't pass up). ******* was very thoughtful even in where to place the machines for testing, taking consideration for where our family would be sleeping, etc.The lab and *******'s commitment to go above and beyond to help their clients really showed through *******'s professionalism, help, and attitude throughout the whole process. Because of timing issues, I needed the lab results to come in earlier - ******* and the staff came through once again. I highly recommend having them do your mold/asbestos testing.
