I was very happy with Budget Blinds. This was my first time using them. The staff was very efficient and professional. I contacted them and **** was at my home the next day. She was very personable and made great recommendations. **** came out 3 weeks later to install the blinds and he did a great job. My husband and I are very happy with our new window coverings. ****** was great to work with, very responsive. She had great ideas and suggestions. I chose a custom ***** shade with beautiful fabric, very high end look with a great price (somewhat expensive but still reasonable)!! **** was fast, very friendly, cleaned everything up, and reviewed everything with me before he left! Great company to work with. Smooth sales and ****** did a fantastic job with helping us pick out our blinds for the new house. **** installer, friendly and installed all blinds within 2 hours. We needed window treatments for our new home. Our entire Budget Blinds experience was fabulous! From the first call to their office with *****, to our designer consultation with ****, and the expert installation performed by ****. Everyone was extremely friendly, informative, and professional. Had a great experience with Budget Blinds and highly recommend them! Very pleased with our new roller shades. Moved recently and I was looking for an option to replace vertical blinds on a large, divided floor-to-ceiling picture window. ****** helped me decide on a 2-piece motorized roller shade option that fulfilled my request for both light and privacy. The price was much more reasonable than other providers as well. Their installation team took less than half an hourlooks great!Budget Blinds of Naperville & Aurora

***** and the team at Budget Blinds were professional, thoughtful, and provided incredible service. The gentleman that came to install my blinds was very friendly, knew exactly what he was doing and was very speedy in getting everything installed. I would highly recommend them. Also the work they did was a replacement of some defective blinds. They took the old ones and installed brand new ones for me honoring the warranty without any issues.
