Was over charged for diagnostic test, and the place stated if I was to get my car repaired there part of the diagnosis would go towards labor, however, for a diagnostic test, air filter and 2quarts of oil. I was charged ****** dollars. My report sheet was fabricated. I took my car to Autozone to see where I needed the parts because it does not state on summary. Sparks Auto Complete Care stated I need. The Owner ***, said Ill call you right back. Also, this place stated that that I need vvts. However, in fine print the repair shop stated my car may need further diagnosing and I'm thinking how is this when I was told that you diagnose the car for like two hours. Personally I don't believe they took any time to properly diagnose my car. But I was told the **** is all I needed. I'm waiting in the Auto zone for this deceitful liar *** to call back. *** never called back and when I called back he did not answer. Why is this Country allowing people like *** to exist. I feel as if this is fraud abusing and deceiving people for monetary gain. They also reset my check engine light. 5 minutes after driving off the lot my light is on again.

Would not take their opinion on any recommended services. Get a second opinion elsewhere. I brought my car in and was told it was one thing wrong and they would fix the problem. Mind you I told the guy in the beginning "Hey I'm in the process of searching for a new car if this is the only minor issue I would fix it" So they take my car in, The next day I get a call whatever work they said they would fix was done but the car is still not running properly. So they offer another solution that would fix the problem. I take their word and agreed to have it fixed, Next day I get a another car "Hey we fixed everything we said we would fix but the car is still having some issues, it may be the transmission but its still drivable. So I come in and get my car because I am tired of the ** I was looking at $1500 worth of work. I drive off the lot my car is horrible. Check engine light is still on. Had I have known from when thy put my car on the Diagnostic reader that the Transmission light had come on but had been cleared by the mechanic himself (As he stated and told me out of his mouth) I would have never ever had anything else fixed and would have gotten me another car. Long story short I would not recommend this place if it was the last on earth. Rude mechanic who calls himself the manger, your typical scamming mechanics if you ask me. I did not get an apology or anything.
