    We purchased eleven windows from custom installations because we had a drift from the windows on the front of the home. I explained all this to my salesperson *** which he was an excellent salesperson. I'm complaining about the quality of the replacement windows because they are draftier than the original ones. I had custom installation out here twice and of course they said they different feel anything. My bedroom is the coldest part of the house. Its always freezing in here that I have to use a portable heater. I believe these windows are built poorly because they don't keep the cold out. You can feel the cold wind on the windows. They missed a step somewhere. Then there's the installation I was told that two brothers were going to install the windows that they were the best but that wasn't the case. I was given two polish men names then a crew of four **************** showed up and four supervisors that was a red flag. I'm disappointed with this windows and custom installation as well. These windows are subpar which are supposed to be spells windows. Disappointed very disappointed. My old windows were better. Look somewhere else. I want them replaced or repaired.
