    Ive recently needed replacement parts for a few older Crosman pelguns, the website was very helpful with finding my needed items. Inventory and range of selection while not unlimited, is in my opinion very good. Ive had not issues with either of my orders and I have personally recommended the site online to others looking for parts.

    I have placed orders at various times over the last few years and have never had a problem with this vendor. I am grateful they carry some of the obscure items I need, which are well packed, and shipped in a timely manner. I plan to be ordering from them again as my needs arise. **** *. in *******

    Absolutely the rudest nastiest people you will ever deal with. Unless you know exactly what part you need they are worthless. They will not ship to PO boxes. Communication is horrible and rude ( ******* wife of owner) . I advise you spend your $$ elsewhere

    Once again, you do not read the information at your finger tips. I am not the WIFE of the owner, I am the owner. Our website is 100% transparent in every way. When you set up an account, all we ask is that you provide a valid, physical, postal address. You decided to put 2 completely unrelated addresses on on shipping label which no shipping software will print because one package can only be shipped to one location. When you received an automated email pointing this out and requesting correction, you took this as a personal insult. We provided you with instructions. Then you lashed out and were furious that we told you to contact the postal system to get your correct address since you didn't know it. Again, you felt we should have known your address. But JGAirguns is not a delivery service and we don't know where you live. The postal service does. For numerous days, you sent me horrible emails calling me every name in the book, even after I told you that I cancelled and refunded your order and closed your account. You continued to belittle and blame me for the fact that you didn't know your valid physical address. You could have used the links on our website when you set up your account and avoided all of the chaos. If not, you could have followed the instructions we provided and again, avoided the entire issue. But you felt the need to be cruel, unprofessional, and nasty. At JGAirguns, we have a wonderful customers base and get to know so many fantastic people. But there is always one person who refuses to read instructions and cannot accept the blame for their mistake. I did not enter the wrong address in your account, you did. Actually, you entered 2 wrong addresses at the same time on the same line. Again, it is not possible to ship one package to 2 different addresses. Hopefully, you have learned your correct address and will find your parts and a company that you are more compatible with because I do not tolerate rudeness and name calling (which is clearly noted on our contact us page. )

    Not exactly the pinnacle of customer service, plus the faint aroma of bait-and-switch thrown in. Despite posting the gun manufacturer's schematic on the ** website showing the entire part I needed and which I thought I ordered, they had divided said part into two separate pieces. So when (half of) the part arrived and I asked where the remainder was, they sent a **** and condescending response which #1) lectured me on how to read a schematic, something I do regularly and need no tutoring to do, and #2) blamed me as the one who "ordered the wrong part" and needed to order the other piece, though of course it was out of stock! Mind you I had emailed them photos of my gun showing the exact broken piece so they were fully aware of my needs. Moreover, they don't fill orders under a certain amount so I had to order additional items I did not need. Long story short: since I had no use for the items they sent, I returned them and was refunded, thank you very much. I then promptly took my business to D&L Airguns who actually stocked and shipped the ENTIRE part I needed for virtually the same price, without the rudeness and self-absolution ** seems to engage in (see other BBB reviews) by citing some random paragraph on a random page on their website. I'm sure they will reply to this review with some equally dismissive blather but all I can say is, CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!

    Where to start. 1. Our description of the part was quite clear and it is clearly stated on our website that parts are sold separately unless otherwise note in the description. 2. We get 1000s of emails every day, many have pictures even though it is noted quite clearly on our website "do not send us pictures of your parts. You need to compare your part to our pictures". That's how stores work. So the had you read the description, you would have seen that it was the base only for the assembly you were looking for. 100% upfront. 3. We dedicate and entire section of our website to understanding and learning how to read schematics because most people don't know how much the process has changed over the last 150 years. Since we are completely transparent, we want all customers to have access to this information. 4. You may have looked at a 50 year old schematic which shows how the original manufacturer sold their parts. But our description and instructions tell you how WE sell parts. Not being the manufacturer, we can deviate from the schematics because the manufactures haven't sold these assemblies in many years. So we sell the parts we have individually. If the assembly has 9 pieces but they stopped making 5 of them decades ago, the assemblies are no longer available. All of this is explained on our website. 100% transparency is our policy. And as you said, in the end, you were allowed to return the parts and we refunded the amount in FULL and even waived the restocking fee even though you did order the wrong part. You're welcome.

    JGAirguns is a great niche supplier for airgun hobbiests like me. They have a fine collection of parts, and I could not be happier with their customer service. Did I mention their fast shipping? I have dealt with them a few times in the past, and will continue to support them. I recommend that anyone else support them as well.

    Amazing service. Fast shipping. They will send you number of emails notifying you what is going on with your order including tracking number wich i didnt need it. They emails say everything. Keep up good work

    I provided you with all of the information necessary to find parts and answer all of your questions on our SELF SERVE website but you took that as a personal attack. In reality, those instructions apply to all customers. Most people understand that when you go to a store, you go shopping. You don't walk in and hand your shopping list to the owner. If I had to shop for 500 people a day, I would not have time to ship their orders or help customers who have legitimate questions that have not been addressed on the website for various reasons. Also, you asked for information about my suppliers and manufacturers. In the business world, that is confidential information and JGAirguns is no exception. That is information we do not share for many, many reasons and I'm sure if you thought about it, you would understand why that would not be a smart business practice for any business. They'd be out of business.

    Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Their answer to any issues that arise is "screw you, you should have read the fine print." It was not clear that the manual I ordered had to be downloaded within 5 days per JB's numerous rules, but ******* was nice enough to keep my $7.99, insult me, and say tough luck. Unfortunately they are the only source for some BB gun parts...order at your own risk because you will not be receiving any support or any sort of refund.

    Our standard practice is to be as up front and transparent as possible. The item you ordered clearly read "Download upon Checkout". And when you checked out, it also says Download upon Checkout. Then you received a confirmation email that said 5 days or 5 tries. Then you received a second "staging" email that said 5 days or 5 tries. Then 3 days later you were sent a reminder email. So in total, you received or were instructed 5 times to download your purchase upon checkout . You chose to ignore them for 15 days. Personally, I think if you are not going to read 5 notices, you won't read 50 notices, so your download expired. I feel that was more than fair and made quite clear on our website. It's unfortunate you chose not to follow the instructions, but you were given many opportunities.

    I apologize for the continuation, I did the same thing in my email responses to you. But I just realized that these instructions are also provided in the Terms and Conditions that ALL customers must agree to prior to purchase. It is also covered on our FAQ page for all to see. I believe that brings the grand total to 7 notices, most prior to purchase and all available for everyone to see on our website.
