      Starting on December 1 to December 2, 2024, I attempted to access my account to pay my HOA after completely satisfying my debt with *** three weeks prior. My HOA account still presented as if I was delinquent. I reached out to *** per my HOA. While waiting for a call back, I decided to read some reviews on KSN Law and noticed several alarming statements. Please see below:***** **** 3 months ago Been calling from two week . Not picking up the phone neither they responded email to increase the claim for next months.. pure unfair business practice .. they need to reported for unfair practices **** ***** 3 years ago These people basically have a business model of stealing from the middle class person. People who cant afford a lawyer and stand up to their unfair business practice. They will file a claim against you for being 1 month late of your hoa bill and then not pick up their phone for 2 months straight in order to increase fees. Call their number almost 20 times to make a payment and they refuse to pick up just so they can increase fees. ******** business! Horrible service! Unfair fees!No call was ever returned to me. I attempted to rectify situation in person but was refused proper service. Spoke with my HOA again and learned, the attorneys office (KSN Law) made a note that they were expecting payment from me but never updated my case to paid in full. The payment I made to KSN Law has not been provided to my HOA and I made this payment over two weeks ago. This lack of transparency now has me in a position that could cause a new wave of late fees or missed payments as I have no access to my HOA ********** overall concern with KSN Law is their lack of communication and honesty. It seems they are drawing out their HOA cases with clients to put them back in a place of deliqunecy in which, leave most with a debt they cannot pay off. Feels like working with this firm to pay a collections debt is really making a deal with the devil.

      Very unprofessional! I would highly not recommend this law firm to anyone. Their paralegal ****** ****** is a Conartis and a racist!!!They did not notify you in advance about additional charges or any increase in fees. They will ignored all your concerns and escalated their actions. Reading the reviews on other websites show they dont have a good reputation.

      this company has been terrible at providing costumer service. Did not provide any notice they are going to further charge me and increase their charge with communication and when I tried to dispute the charges given that I had not received proper communication from their client they simply ignored my comments and escalated their actions and costs. I strongly discourage anyone to do business this this company. They are simply looking to make money off of people and make it harder for people to make humane business and quality communication. I had to pay extra charges on top of charges.
