- Limited 3 Year Labor Warranty
Buchan Consulting LLC warrants its labor against defects in workmanship for a period of 3 years from the installation date. If a defect in workmanship is found and reported within 3 years from the date of installation Buchan Consulting LLC will, at its discretion, either correct the installation or provide partial refund of the labor charged for the initial installation.
Buchan Consulting LLC’s limited warranty does not cover and products purchased through, provided by, or installed by Buchan Consulting LLC, it’s subsidiaries, or subcontractors. The manufacturer of any defective product is solely responsible for any defects in their product and it shall be the responsibility of the client or end-user to facilitate any warranty claims related to defects in products purchased, provided, or installed by Buchan Consulting LLC.
Failure by the client or end-user(s) to use an installed product properly is not covered by the limited warranty.
Buchan Consulting LLC is not responsible for any of the costs or damage resulting from un-installations.
Returns
Buchan Consulting LLC will accept returns on any unopened, unused product for a period of 14 days. If Buchan Consulting LLC determines a product provided by or sold by Buchan Consulting LLC to be damaged or defective as a result of manufacturer defect within 14 days of invoice or installation, Buchan Consulting LLC may choose to accept a return on the product for a full or partial refund.
Products outside of the 14 day return window will not be accepted, used or unused.
Failure by the client or end user(s) to use an installed product properly, environmental problems such as floods, earthquakes, tornados, lightning, or acts of god, as well as power surges, errors, or negligence on behalf of the client or end-user(s) resulting in damage to the product, is not covered by the return policy.
Fees, labor, and consumable inventory or products billed during the installation are non-refundable once the installation has been completed.
