he BBB requested substantiation of their advertisement and/or substantiation to meet Section 34 of the BBB Code of Advertising which states (in part):

23.1 Commonly known abbreviations may be used in advertising. However, abbreviations not generally known or understood by the average consumer must be avoided.34. Claimed Results
